This project involves constructing Concrete piles, radier foundation, shear walls, concrete slabs, and all other construction and mechanical and electrical installations.

Talesh Specialty Cardiac center is a 2-storey building that is located adjacent to Talesh 231-bed hospital and has these departments:

Ground floor: Specialty Clinic,

Ground floor: Specialized clinic, Angiography, post angiography, facility space

First floor: Surgical ward, ICU OH, CCU

Second floor: inpatient wards
