Second congress of ‘Hospital build & facility management” was held on 21st & 22nd February 2016. It had brought investors, commissioners, backers and managers of major healthcare building projects together with designing, building, operating, and managing and suppliers.

Dr. Seyed Hasan Hashemi, minister of health and medical education, presided over the opening ceremony.

CE142 participated in this congress 2016 with three articles: consultants and contractors’ position in attracting investment opportunities, Designing & building of the future hospitals, and studying the basics of energy optimizations in buildings.
